Why join the challenge?
Meditation is becoming more popular by the day, there are many Apps out there that you may have already tried, so why do this meditation challenge?
Despite millions of people having the Apps a tiny percentage of them will actually use them on a regular basis. There are many reasons for that but one is that there is no accountability, the meditations available may be endless, with the voices nearly always being American!
No one knows or cares whether you do it or not, so it is nearly always easier to not do it, and how do you choose which one to do?
Joining this short challenge will give you structure, guidance and support. You will get achievable bite sized meditations, it is just one week so not a massive commitment, with a chance to catch up on missed sessions on 2 of the days.
You will be part of group, so you will be able to share your experiences and feel like you are all in this together, supporting and encouraging each other.
I will be there for you too, I am just like you as I am certainly no meditation guru, just someone who found immense benefits, but still doesn't always do it.

What you will get:
I will be live daily in my Relief & Recovery Facebook Group with meditations lasting from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.
You can join me live or catch up later.
