You might not always feel like it but as a member of the human race you are pretty damn amazing. We are here because we are all survivors, our ancestors survived many challenges to allow us to evolve into the intelligent, adaptable, resilient, self-healing creatures that we are today.

We can do many amazing things without even knowing we are doing it. We don’t even know the half of it yet!

But unfortunately we often use these very same skills to the detriment of ourselves and to others, inadvertently creating dis-ease, pain, stress and illness. Again when it comes to ourselves we often don't realise what we have done until we are suffering.
